If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly drop us an email, your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in the next 24 hours of time. (If not dispatched)
If you chose to pay Cash on Delivery, the refund will be credited either in the form of E-vouchers and/or an NEFT transfer to your bank account. For an NEFT transfer we would require the following details:
  • Bank Name
  • Account Holder Name
  • Bank Account Number
  • Branch Address
  • IFSC Code
We take anywhere between 5-7 working days to complete your refund request. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where the payment was made. For all Cash on Delivery orders, refunds can either be made in the form of E-vouchers that can be used for your future purchase on Shoppinova.com or can be in the form of an NEFT transfer to your bank account.
We take the utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive the wrong product please raise a replacement request within 15 days of product delivered.
We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been canceled due to any of the following reasons:
  • If a product is out of stock or is discontinued
  • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
House no., building no, street number & pin code can be modified. These changes are possible only if an order is at the “Pending” stage.
Currently, this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can initiate a refund or replacement without any hassle by contacting us.
Shoppinova gives you the option to replace and/or return the products bought on Shoppinova.com within 15 days of the receipt of the order.You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied:
  • With the quality of the product
  • With the fitting of the product
  • Or if you receive a defective product
All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
NEFT refunds are made only for cash on delivery orders. If you paid through a credit/debit card or net banking account, the refund will be processed in the same mode of payment.

  • Cash on delivery (COD)
COD refers to Cash On Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a Credit/Debit card or online shopping is not your forte. Shoppinova offers you the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make a cash payment to our COD partner upon the delivery of your item. Not all deals/products have a COD option. Please check the deal page before buying it. Shoppinova does not offer COD at all locations. Please enter your pin-code to check the availability of the COD option at your location.
No, there are no extra charges other than those mentioned on the product page. Your total bill amount will be displayed at the time of payment before you complete placing an order. You can pay through credit/debit card, net banking, E-voucher or cash on delivery. In case you opt for cash on delivery, you have to pay only the amount mentioned on the invoice.

GST is borne by the customer and is included in prices of products sold on MRP, but is charged additionally for products sold on discount.

Courier companies usually call the customer to check their availability. In case the delivery fails, the order can be re-dispatched after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.
You will receive an email with courier details once your order is dispatched from our facility. You can track your order on the “Track your order” page at www.shoppinova.com or you can also check the status using the same details on the respective courier partner’s website.
We deliver within 3-5 business days
If the product you ordered is out of stock, you will be informed immediately and we will refund the full amount in your account.
We do not store/ retain your credit card information. If you suspect any such activity, please get in touch with your bank immediately.
